Jonge Wjerkôger Sûnder Hier, also known as JWSH, is a popular Dutch rock band that has been making waves in the music industry for the past few years. Formed in 2016, the band consists of four talented musicians – lead vocalist and guitarist Piet Zuidema, bassist Jan de Boer, drummer Klaas van der Bij, and keyboardist Anke de Vries.
JWSH has quickly gained a reputation for their high-energy live performances and catchy, anthemic rock songs. Drawing inspiration from classic rock bands such as Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, as well as more contemporary acts like Arctic Monkeys and The Black Keys, JWSH has created a sound that is both familiar and fresh.
One of the band’s most popular songs, “Zwerven door de nacht,” has been a hit with fans and critics alike. The song’s infectious melody and powerful lyrics have struck a chord with listeners, earning JWSH a dedicated following in the Netherlands and beyond.
In addition to their music, JWSH is also known for their captivating music videos and striking album artwork. The band takes a hands-on approach to all aspects of their creative output, from writing and recording their songs to designing their merchandise and promotional materials.
JWSH has already achieved a great deal of success in their relatively short time together, playing sold-out shows at some of the Netherlands’ most prestigious venues and receiving critical acclaim for their debut album, “Verloren in de mist.” With their unique blend of rock, blues, and psychedelic influences, JWSH is poised to become a major player in the Dutch music scene for years to come.
